ServiceNext™solution for the management of cooling
Service Next™ is a system we have developed for our cold water stations, water chillers and heat pumps. The system allows the optimisation, monitoring and lifecycle management of the units. The customer only has to arrange an Internet connection to the machine room to enable the monitoring connection. Our system does not require a separate control room software.

Depending on our service contracts, we can, report on energy consumption, service needs, software updates, leaks, utilisation rate etc. To support the lifecycle management, all events are saved on the system database: failure events, services, changes of set values and measurements etc. Alarms can be relayed to e-mail or as SMS messages.
